Jennie Patton - Attorney
Jennie Patton received her BA from University of California, Berkeley and her Law Degree from University of San Francisco. She moved to Washington State in 1994 and began her Olympia law practice in 1996.
Jennie’s law practice includes personal injury law and consumer bankruptcy law. She represents people who have been seriously injured in car accidents. She also assists people who need to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
Jennie enjoys spending time answering questions and providing information to each person seeking her assistance. Her friendly, practical approach puts people at ease. She is very knowledgeable and pays great attention to details. She prepares her client’s cases with the utmost care.
Dan - Paralegal
Dan began working part-time as a paralegal for Jennie Patton in 2006 after retiring from a long career as a bankruptcy attorney, and moving to Olympia, Washington to be closer to his family.
Dan spends much of his workday being proactive and troubleshooting our Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. His work includes communicating with the court trustees and their staff, working with creditor attorneys, monitoring the bankruptcy court hearing calendars, and preparing and filing legal motions and other court documents.
Karen - Paralegal
Karen began her work as a Bankruptcy Paralegal for Jennie in 2014. Her many years working in the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office have earned her a wealth of knowledge on bankruptcy law. Karen truly enjoys helping our clients through their bankruptcy process and easing some of their stress. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help solve even the most complicated bankruptcy cases.
Brittany - Office Manager
Brittany manages our front desk and is the first point of contact for our clients. Brittany answers our calls, schedules appointments, and ensures our office runs efficiently. Brittany will make sure your questions are answered and your paperwork is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
